We might be able to accommodate early arrivals but arrangements need to be made in advance and there will be a $25 fee for all early check ins. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Please respect this as we need to have time to clean the rooms for the next guests. Premium pricing applies to the following weekends: May 15-18, May 19-21, June 8-11, June 13-16, July 7-9, October 27-29. These dates and prices are subject to change.Cancellation Policy
Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
Guests are responsible for payment of all rights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
No-shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 30-14 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be refunded less a $25 re-booking fee per night.
Cancellations (including changes) made 13 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival forfeit the 50% deposit and if the room is unable to be re-booked, the full reservation value will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather related issues.Owner's Rights
The Creekside Inn is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.Property Issues
Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Innkeeper. White noise machine replacement - $50. Towel replacement - $15.Handicap Accessibility
Our inn is not handicap accessible. Our building was built in 1813 and has two tall staircases. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator. Our restaurant and pub are handicap accessible.
